Can I customize my ebike or add my own accessories?

You’re welcome to use accessories that don’t require assembly, such as a bag for the luggage rack. Unfortunately, other modifications, such as changing the saddle or handlebar grips, are not possible.

If you book a repair or return your bike, please make sure to remove all personal belongings upfront.
