An accessory got stolen, lost, broken or is missing. What should I do?

Please open your Dance app, go to "Service" - "Report a bike theft" - "An accessory was stolen"
In the following step you will get asked if the accessory got stolen, lost, broken or is missing after delivery or repair.
Lost and stolen items will be charged in accordance with the fees stated in our terms & conditions.
Please note: You can declare your battery and other equipment such as your charger, phone holder and chain lock as stolen via your Dance App directly. If your basket is missing, please book a repair and press on accessories > basket lost.
