What is the notice period to cancel my subscription?

Your subscription starts when you receive your ebike or moped (not from the date you order it). 

Monthly subscription

With the monthly subscription, your subscription is always extended by one month. If you receive your ebike or moped on February 15, you can cancel your subscription until March 14. 

If you don’t cancel, your subscription will be extended by another month until April 14, and so on.

Annual subscription paid monthly

In the case of an annual subscription, the minimum term is 12 months. However, if you are dissatisfied, you can cancel within the 1st month and you only have to pay for 1 month then.

After 12 months you can cancel your subscription monthly, they monthly price can then change.

Annual subscription paid yearly

If you choose the yearly subscription, you pay for 12 months in advance. However, if you are dissatisfied, you can cancel within the 1st month and you only have to pay for 1 month then. You will receive a refund for the remaining 11 months. 

After 12 months you will get charged again for another billing cycle of 12 months.
