What should I check before I ride my ebike?

Follow these guidelines to ensure you have a safe ride. 

— Check the battery: Make sure that the battery sits tight and that it has sufficient power. 

— Check the brakes: Test both brake handles before every ride. If you have any hesitations, please book a repair with our team to check your brakes and confirm they're ready to go. 

— Listen to music safely: Make sure that you are still aware of your surroundings. We recommend leaving one earbud out, keeping the volume down or even using a small Bluetooth speaker and clipping it to your backpack. 

— Lock your bike properly: Always lock your ebike with the provided lock. In case of theft, improper locking will result in higher fees for replacement (see here our T&C). 

— Wear a helmet: Please wear a helmet or other recommended safety equipment.
